Heritage Quest provides immersive virtual tours of South African heritage sites (e.g., Barberton, Pilgrim’s Rest), a digital heritage archive containing historical media, and educational support materials. 360° virtual tour imagery and videos

is the property of Heritage Quest, our partners (including the National Heritage Council and the Mpumalanga International Film Festival), or our licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Permitted Use and Licenses
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:
Access and view our virtual tours for personal, non-commercial use.
Download and use our designated educational support materials for educational purposes within a classroom setting.
You may not download, copy, redistribute, resell, or modify any virtual tour content, archival material, or other proprietary content without our express written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site or Services for any purpose without our express written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the Site or Services or servers connected to the Site.
